Shipping policy
Effective Date: June 4, 2026
Your order goes through two stages between checkout and delivery: processing (preparing your order for dispatch) and shipping (the carrier hand-off and transit). Both timelines below are estimates, not guarantees — please read all the way through before ordering for an event or a gift.
Processing time
Orders typically process within 2 – 7 business days. Most apparel ships within 3 – 5 business days. High-volume seasons (Black Friday through New Year, Mother's Day, Father's Day) can push this to 5 – 10 business days. We do not begin counting shipping time until your order has been handed off to the carrier.
Shipping time
Once your order leaves our facility, the carrier's quoted transit time applies:
- United States: 3 – 8 business days (standard).
- Canada: 5 – 10 business days.
- United Kingdom & European Union: 8 – 15 business days.
- Rest of world: 10 – 30 business days, depending on destination and customs.
Carrier (USPS, UPS, DHL, Royal Mail, etc.) is selected based on the destination and product type. Tracking is automatically emailed to you as soon as the label is generated.
Shipping rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination and the items in your cart. Expedited options, where available, are shown at checkout.
Order tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order leaves our facility. Tracking can take 24 – 48 hours to start updating after dispatch — this is normal. If a tracking number hasn't moved after 5 business days, contact info@cherryvibes.com and we'll investigate.
Multi-item orders
Items in the same order may ship separately if they are dispatched from different facilities. You'll receive a separate tracking number for each shipment. This does not affect your total shipping cost.
International orders, customs, and duties
Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges are not included in your order total and are the recipient's responsibility. Customs processing can also delay delivery by several days to a few weeks; we are not responsible for these delays. If you refuse a package due to unexpected customs fees, it may be returned to us or destroyed — in both cases, the order is not refundable beyond the cost of the product (shipping costs are not recoverable).
Address accuracy
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses or undeliverable due to missing apartment numbers, typos, or wrong zip codes. If a package is returned to us by the carrier for any address-related reason, you will be charged the cost of reshipping. If we are unable to contact you to confirm a corrected address within 14 days of the return, the order is forfeited and not eligible for refund.
Lost or stuck packages
We consider a package "lost in transit" when tracking has not updated for 30+ days after dispatch for domestic orders, or 45+ days for international orders. Once we confirm a package is lost, we will reship it (or issue a refund, your choice) at no cost to you. See our Refund Policy for details on how to file a claim.
Damaged shipments
If your package arrives damaged, please photograph the outer box before opening and email the photos to info@cherryvibes.com within 30 days of delivery. Damaged items are eligible for a free replacement or refund per our Refund Policy.
Delays we can't control
Weather events, natural disasters, carrier capacity issues, customs strikes, and peak-season volume can delay shipments. We do everything we can to fulfill on time, but we cannot guarantee delivery against these factors. Time-critical gift orders should be placed with a generous buffer — at minimum, allow the processing time plus the maximum quoted transit time, plus 3 – 5 extra days for peace of mind.
Order changes and cancellations
Because orders enter processing within a few hours of checkout, change and cancellation requests must reach us before processing begins. Email info@cherryvibes.com as soon as possible after ordering and we will do our best. Once an order is in processing, it cannot be cancelled and standard Refund Policy terms apply.
P.O. Boxes & APO / FPO
Most of our carriers ship to U.S. P.O. Boxes and to APO/FPO addresses, but transit times for these destinations can be longer than the windows above. International P.O. Box shipping is not guaranteed and may be returned to sender.
